Off Site Training Sessions

Offsite training is available for participants by request. The cost of offsite training is currently determined by schedule, location and instructor availability.

Personal Training Sessions

Personal 1 on 1 sessions are available offsite as are group sessions.

Personal sessions are perfect for participants who may be uncomfortable working out with others to start out. We recommend 1 sessions per week for the first 3-6 weeks, and then adding a 2nd class per week once participants have become used to the program.

Offsite training includes up to 2 classes per week, nutrition education and diet design as well as weight loss/muscle gain tracking.

Instructors will come to wherever you wish to workout, but we recommend a location that is indoors with enough space to accomodate a workout. Outdoor sessions are not recommended simply because weather does not always cooperate and we do not offer make up sessions for cancellations.
