About Kisado Interval Fitness
High Intensity Health
The effectiveness of KISADO® is in part due to the use of our comprehensive three prong approach:

1. The Physical Component combines Martial Arts, Yoga, Kickboxing, Plyometrics, Bag Work, and traditional training methods to improve flexibility, agility, strength, speed, and endurance. Much of this improvement is gained through the integration of high intensity interval training (H.I.I.T.). Our research-based intervals provide optimal weight loss and oxygen uptake while building phenomenal core strength.
2. The Mental Strength Component combines the benefits of physical activity with mindfulness training to improve self-esteem, increase confidence, and reduce stress. These techniques are integrated into both the training segments as well as strategic approaches which are assimilated into daily activities. Mental strength conditioning is so important that even our military trains the Special Forces with similar techniques.
3. The Nutritional Component is our proprietary nutrition coaching program that ads the third dimension. To maximize the success of any exercise program our dietary habits and lifestyle must reflect the effort exerted in class. Most Americans can use an overhaul in the way they eat. Our program provides participants with the fundamental knowledge to make wise decisions.
Interval Training
Interval training is a type of physical training that involves bursts of high intensity work. This high intensity work is alternated with periods of rest or low activity intervals. The term can refer to any cardiovascular workout (e.g. cycling, running, rowing, etc.) that involves brief bouts at near-maximum exertion interspersed with periods of lower-intensity activity.
Unlike other mainstream fitness based programs, KISADO® is a fluid approach to physical training that reflects the latest sports science trends and scientific research. KISADO® is dedicated to consistently evaluating and assessing the changes within the sport fitness industry to ensure that the most effective training methods are being used. KISADO® will continue to evolve overtime ensuring that participants receive the highest quality training experience.
This method of training is more effective at inducing fat loss than simply training at a moderate intensity level for the same duration.
